In the Summer of 2014 I moved to New York to join Fueled, a digital product development agency, as a Strategist. My obsession over mobile and startups drew me in, but my natural ability for product strategy and storytelling propelled me to success. Notable clients included Apple, Verizon, and Human Rights Campaign. I eventually evolved into a hybrid role, contributing to both Product Strategy and Product Management.
As a member of the Strategy team, I helped clients turn cocktail napkin ideas into compelling value propositions and simplified grand plans into realistic MVPs. Acting as the voice of the user, I challenged our team to remain laser-focused during product design sprints.
In Product Management, I rallied cross-functional teams to deliver native mobile applications and responsive websites to specification. This included running daily scrum meetings, maintaining product roadmaps, and managing client expectations.
